Christian Aid and Stop Climate Chaos Scotland have teamed up with Hand Up Media to develop a film-making project for young people seeking to investigate and promote solutions to climate change and poverty.
Secondary schools from all over Scotland are being invited to submit story-boards on the theme of climate change for a national film-making competition in the autumn term.
Short-listed schools will have the opportunity to display their story-boards in a national exhibition. One lucky school will be selected to work with a specialist technical team of industry professionals to transform their story-board into a real animated film.
This film – which will be made using machinima technology - will be shared across the internet, enabling young people to spread their climate change message digitally with other young people across the world.
