Walking Forth Bridge Cross

South and North Queensferry, Scotland

The bridge cross is a 3-mile round trip offering magnificent views across the Firth of Forth, and is suitable for all ages and abilities. This walk is wheelchair friendly.

Erskine Bridge Cross

Erskine and Old Kilpatrick, Scotland

The bridge cross is a 3-mile round trip with glorious views across the River Clyde, and is suitable for all ages and abilities. This walk is wheelchair friendly

Bede’s Way Walk

Monkwearmouth and Jarrow, England
12 June 2010, from 10am

Walk the 12-mile heritage trail between the monastic sites of St Peter’s in Monkwearmouth and St Paul’s in Jarrow. There is also a shorter 4-mile route which might be more suitable for families. There is a minimum sponsorship of £40 per person, or £60 per family.

Tay Bridge Cross

Newport-on-Tay and Dundee, Scotland
12 June 2010, from 2pm

The bridge cross is a 3-mile round trip with great views of the Tay and is suitable for all ages and abilities. This walk is wheelchair friendly.
